Manufacturing Supervisor

Lead shift production to achieve safety, quality, service, waste, productivity, and culture goals. Provide strong leadership by managing systems, equipment, people, and materials in line with policies, specifications, and customer requirements. Oversee daily production schedules, monitor performance using production dashboards and SAP, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with EHS, Maintenance, and Process Engineering. Supervise employees, manage timecards, enforce disciplinary processes, and conduct performance reviews.
