Job Summary

Lead embedded product development for brushless motor control systems at the Pune Design Center, partnering across embedded development, automation, manual testing & model-based design, and Speedgoat testing. You’ll drive end-to-end project execution (design, development, integration, testing), manage embedded lab planning, and coordinate global stakeholders to deliver milestones and KPIs. Lead and upskill a cross-functional team, including hiring/backfill and resource planning, while collaborating with battery charger, power conversion, and NPI/manufacturing leaders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead cross-functional teams across multiple product lines to drive embedded software into motor-driven end products.
•Manage project execution across design, development, integration, and testing for embedded systems.
•Provide team leadership and guidance for system integration across business and technical topics.
•Collaborate with supporting teams for sub-system design, testing and development, supplier selection, manufacturing, and product support.
•Plan and manage embedded lab testing and coordinate global stakeholders to maintain project plans, milestones, goals, and delivery KPIs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering) or equivalent experience.
•15+ years of engineering work experience.
•Embedded product development experience, including embedded software development for motor drives.
•5+ years managing or leading teams of 25+ people.
•Strong communication skills to develop/deliver technical presentations and influence cross-functional teams.
