Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain deep knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the company value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out, set appointments, and support periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities and community financial literacy events as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
