Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise daily operations of all assigned outlets to ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies.
  • •Monitor store performance (sales, costs, quality, hygiene, and service).
  • •Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure operational consistency and excellence.
  • •Ensure all outlets meet health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • •Lead, mentor, and motivate Store Managers and their teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree or equivalent Experience in supervising multiple outlets in F&B or hospitality (preferred)
  • •Strong understanding of store P&L, cost control, and performance metrics
  • •Proven people management skills with ability to lead and develop Store Managers
  • •Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations applicable to food service
  • •Excellent communication and customer service orientation
