Job Summary

Lead lifecycle planning and modernization for BEUMER Group’s installed base of intralogistics automation systems. Own asset data, lifecycle intelligence, and modernization planning; collaborate with Service Directors, Service Operations, and Sales to ensure assets are reliable, up-to-date, and aligned with evolving operational needs; translate asset data into actionable service strategies and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and govern the asset registry and lifecycle database for all customer systems and equipment.
•Define and manage asset lifecycle stages, including commissioning, maturity, obsolescence, and end-of-life.
•Develop multi-year lifecycle, modernization, and replacement plans for customer systems; identify aging/high-risk assets and propose upgrade strategies.
•Partner with Sales to support customer engagement, forecasting, and pipeline development related to modernization and replacement.
•Develop dashboards and reports related to asset health, lifecycle status, and modernization pipeline; track KPIs and provide updates to leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•7+ years of experience in asset management, lifecycle management, obsolescence management and installed base management service management, within industrial automation, intralogistics, or related industries
•Strong understanding of long-life industrial systems and service-based business models
•Experience working with asset databases, CMMS, ERP, or service management tools
•Willingness to work independently in a remote environment
