Serve as a bilingual HR business partner supporting employees across Openlane offices in the Montreal area. You’ll guide managers through performance management, talent planning, and organizational development, while promoting an inclusive employee experience. The role also covers employee relations, workforce change support, compensation/promotion recommendations, and coordinating workplace and return-to-work processes, including work accident claims and safety committee support.
