Key Responsibilities

  • •Own multi-ecosystem scaling strategy by defining architecture for ecosystem-agnostic package indexing, build orchestration, and metadata services.
  • •Drive end-to-end CVE remediation automation from detection through verified, released fixes with SBOM/provenance regeneration, policy verification, and rollout.
  • •Set direction for AI-driven/agentic patch generation when upstream patches are missing, including guardrails like validation, regression testing, provenance, and human checkpoints.
  • •Provide platform-wide technical direction across package indexes, build/packaging pipelines, registry mirrors, and orchestration tooling for customer and internal ecosystem teams.
  • •Improve reliability and scalability by defining SLOs, leading incident response and postmortems, and troubleshooting deep toolchain/compiler/dependency-resolution failures.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years designing, building, and operating infrastructure for language ecosystems or developer platforms, with Principal-level scope across multiple teams.
  • •Experience onboarding or extending platform support for new language ecosystems, ideally including .NET (NuGet), Go (modules), or Rust (Cargo).
  • •Strong proficiency in Go and the judgment to adapt or generalize platform behavior to ecosystem idioms.
  • •Demonstrated ability to automate remediation workflows end-to-end, deciding where automation is safe versus where human checkpoints remain necessary.
  • •Deep experience with CI/CD, agentic/automation pipelines, cloud-native infrastructure, and IaC at scale (Docker/OCI, Kubernetes, Terraform, and tools like GitHub Actions/Argo/Tekton).
