Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and maintain robust cost control processes across work packages and projects, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting aligned with budgets and schedules.
  • •Review contractor cost control processes, track actuals, commitments and forecast final costs, and manage contract and commitment registers.
  • •Develop and coordinate monthly and annual spend forecasts, conduct variance analysis against approved budgets, and consolidate cost performance data for reporting.
  • •Ensure seamless integration of financial data within enterprise and project systems; support contracts and work orders, bid evaluations, cost estimates and contractor payments validation.
  • •Produce integrated cost reports for senior management and external stakeholders; provide reliable cost data and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with professional certifications or qualifications in cost management, project controls, or commercial disciplines.
  • •Significant experience in cost control and contract management across pre-award and post-award phases of major projects.
  • •Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), progress reporting, forecasting and performance reporting and analysis.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with English fluency; ability to influence, lead and develop teams in a diverse, inclusive environment.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong working knowledge of SAP systems.
