Job Summary

Design, implement, and govern Salesforce Agentforce solutions that improve workforce productivity, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. Lead Agentforce adoption within the Centre of Excellence, collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and partners to define the roadmap, establish AI governance and security standards, and deliver pilots through to production across multiple SPEN functions. Partner on AI solution feasibility, proof-of-concepts, and ongoing testing and monitoring of performance and outcomes.

•Lead the definition and execution of the Salesforce Agentforce roadmap.
•Identify and prioritise autonomous agent use cases across Customer Operations, Network Operations, Asset Management, Field Services, and corporate functions.
•Establish governance, security, and operational standards for Agentforce implementations.
•Provide AI design direction to delivery teams and define AI solutions in early project/program engagement (including feasibility and business case development).
•Lead AI proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives through to production deployment, including agent configuration, testing, validation, monitoring, and performance/outcome evaluation.

Key Requirements

•5+ years progressive experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or technology leadership across multiple products, systems, and/or platforms.
•Demonstrable experience delivering AI, advanced analytics, intelligent automation, or data science solutions, including with external vendors.
•Experience designing and implementing AI-enabled business solutions and enterprise AI architecture and governance.
•Practical knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce and related capabilities (Einstein AI/Einstein Copilot, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Salesforce Flow, Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Apex) plus LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
•Experience integrating Salesforce AI capabilities with enterprise systems via APIs and event-driven architectures.
