Key Responsibilities

  • •Support inspection of construction sites, including checking works progress and adherence to quality and HSSE policies, procedures, and client requirements by contractors and subcontractors.
  • •Maintain familiarity with construction drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards.
  • •Support supervision teams with review of contractor work program and submittals (staffing proposals, organization charts, shop drawings, method statements, project procedures, traffic management plans).
  • •Conduct inspections based on requests for inspections and perform quality inspections with QA/QC engineers to identify and raise quality issues; monitor resolution of non-conformities.
  • •Support hand-over and defects liability activities, including commissioning reports, snag lists and rectification monitoring, and input to take-over and defect liability certificates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred.
  • •5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and planning in a top-tier regional/multinational consultancy, with expertise in construction site inspections.
  • •Experience with site inspections on large supervision sites, including works progress, quality inspections, and HSSE inspections.
  • •Knowledge of construction supervision services and understanding of international engineering standards and codes.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
