Key Responsibilities

  • •Join the team building and supporting PrismHR client-facing applications, collaborating with product managers, designers, architects, QA, DevOps, and engineering managers.
  • •During the initial months, build proficiency in languages, tools, and engineering patterns through training, pairing, and self-study supported by senior engineers.
  • •Write, test, debug, and document application code as part of the delivery team.
  • •Investigate and resolve technical issues, including production questions escalated to engineering.
  • •Work with data via queries, analysis, and reporting to support decisions; research new technologies and share recommendations.

Key Requirements
