Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end process discovery and AS-IS/TO-BE design for Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash, defining S/4HANA scope and clean-core capabilities.
  • •Own S/4HANA functional configuration, business rules, and master-data strategy, partnering on extensions, APIs, and orchestration when needed.
  • •Use process mining and business process intelligence to identify root causes, quantify opportunity, prioritize improvements, and translate findings into S/4HANA requirements.
  • •Define requirements for AI-assisted and agentic process improvements (automation, recommendations, anomaly detection, generative assistants) and set clear governance and human-in-the-loop expectations.
  • •Facilitate workshops, validate value with acceptance criteria and UAT, define KPIs/ROI, and coach process owners on adoption of process intelligence and AI changes.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of SAP functional consulting experience with hands-on delivery across at least one full S/4HANA lifecycle and deep expertise in Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, or Order-to-Cash plus master-data governance.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading process discovery, process mapping, and process mining using SAP Process Intelligence or equivalent BPI tools, translating outputs into solution requirements.
  • •Strong bias toward standard, clean-core S/4HANA design, with judgment on when extensions are warranted versus changes in process.
  • •Practical experience applying Databricks AI/agentic capabilities to enterprise processes, with governance, controls, auditability, and human oversight.
  • •Solid understanding of integration patterns (APIs/OData, IDoc, SAP Integration Suite/BTP) and the data requirements for process mining and AI models.
