Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and supervise parts inventory, purchasing, and invoicing.
  • •Coordinate parts inventory with manufacturers and communicate with vendors for company and customer-owned equipment.
  • •Interact with customers to answer questions about parts availability and fulfill parts orders; obtain and prepare parts quotes.
  • •Confirm invoice accuracy and maintain accurate records.
  • •Coordinate with service departments and delivery schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry (a plus).
  • •Previous or current experience with budgeting.
  • •Knowledge of Excel and the use of spreadsheets.
  • •Must have a clean driving record and be able to pick up and deliver local parts.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent, with an active applicable state class driver's license.
