Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape and lead integrated city-scale strategies for Brisbane and SEQ across infrastructure, transport, land use, resilience, sustainability, and social outcomes.
  • •Identify emerging client needs and city-shaping opportunities, using Brisbane 2032 to embed long-term legacy outcomes into investment and delivery strategies.
  • •Lead Program Management Advisory assignments and provide direction, coaching, and guidance to delivery teams involved in PgMA initiatives.
  • •Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior government and private-sector leaders across Queensland and engage influential stakeholders to influence outcomes.
  • •Develop compelling cases for change using evidence and storytelling, and deliver high-quality client presentations and executive updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in program advisory, program management, strategy, infrastructure advisory, urban development, or a related field.
  • •Demonstrated experience working with complex programs and/or city-shaping initiatives.
  • •Ability to think at a city, regional, or system level rather than individual projects.
  • •Strong understanding of the infrastructure, development, and investment environment across Brisbane and SEQ.
  • •Established relationships with, or ability to quickly build credibility with, Queensland Government, local councils, infrastructure agencies, developers, and industry stakeholders.
