Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and drive on-time delivery of key commodities (castings, forging, fasteners, actuators) across multiple projects.
  • •Track expediting KPIs such as open PO aging and on-time/late delivery, and report status to procurement and project leadership.
  • •Identify potential supplier delays, capacity constraints, or quality issues and coordinate mitigation actions (alternate sources, schedule adjustments, supplier expediting).
  • •Communicate with suppliers to confirm order acknowledgments, production progress, dock dates, and shipment readiness, resolving documentation/logistics questions.
  • •Align material release plans with master schedules and bill of materials, while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and export control requirements and maintaining auditable records.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •3–7 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or expediting within manufacturing, preferably with castings, forging, fasteners, or actuators.
  • •Proven track record in vendor management and improving lead times and on-time delivery.
  • •English fluency (written and spoken).
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
