Key Responsibilities

  • •Support a Global Mobility payroll function covering approximately 2,000 international assignments (rotational, short term, and long term).
  • •Set up allowance packages in the Equus platform and process updated retro/prorated allowance calculations and one-time payments.
  • •Create and deliver payroll instructions for local payrolls based on international assignment balance sheets and MOUs.
  • •Review pre-payroll CWS/differences, complete post-payroll/pay results reconciliation, and address employee/team questions and troubleshooting.
  • •Develop and document procedures, update assignee file data using reports, support back-up compilation for DCAA audit requests, and shadow reporting with the tax vendor.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree (or equivalent) with at least 1 year of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
  • •Experience supporting payroll with Global Mobility experience preferred.
  • •Experience with Equus/Assignment Pro preferred.
  • •Proficiency in Excel.
  • •Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach and ability to work across time zones during peak periods.
