Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise safe and efficient field operations for a shift of Terminal Operators (4 to 10 personnel) and coordinate with the Control Room.
  • •Oversee product movement coordination and expeditious dock operations, including supervising tank, pump, and pipeline alignment for transfers.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures (zero incident goal), including conducting daily safety walks and talks.
  • •Perform first line troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on facility equipment and coordinate with maintenance on equipment support.
  • •Lead incident investigations, manage payroll coding/tenant labor forms, issue daily work permits, and complete operational documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of previous supervisory experience supervising a shift/team of terminal operators.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • •Must be able to work all hours in all weather extremes and perform physical tasks (including working at heights up to 60 feet and carrying up to 50 pounds).
  • •Maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers.
  • •Complete a company-sponsored Pipeline Hydraulics training course and maintain an 80% or above assessment score.
