Key Responsibilities

  • •Power on equipment, adjust machine parameters to standards, and load materials according to requirements.
  • •Run test production, perform first-article confirmation, and produce in mass production.
  • •Continuously inspect equipment and product quality during production.
  • •Fill in production logs/reports, input output quantities accurately and on time, and complete shift handover.
  • •Stop the machine immediately upon abnormality (equipment/material/quality) and report; perform cleaning, daily maintenance, and end-of-shift handover; coordinate with engineering on improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic ability to operate machinery/equipment.
  • •Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to perform work.
  • •Basic quality awareness and ability to report abnormalities.
  • •Careful, responsible, and able to manage multiple machines.
