Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as program lead and primary business administrator for the O&M 1205 permitting review process within Maximo Management of Change.
  • •Administer and monitor O&M 1205 workflows from initiation through closure, maintaining accurate assignments, locations, records, and reference data.
  • •Lead cross-functional redesign of the O&M 1205 process with RCSS and IT, including requirements, workflow design, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
  • •Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, user guidance, and communications; coordinate training activities and change-management support.
  • •Administer the Monthly Regulatory Verification (MRV) program by coordinating applicability reviews, tracking completion, and preparing MRV reports and dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Three or more years of experience supporting environmental compliance, project permitting, management-of-change processes, business systems, or a comparable regulated operational program.
  • •Experience administering or supporting Maximo (management-of-change) or another enterprise workflow or compliance application is preferred.
  • •Experience with Palantir or similar business intelligence, data visualization, and AI-enabled analytics platforms is preferred.
  • •Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills, strong project/process coordination, and excellent written/verbal communication; a current valid state-issued driver’s license is required.
