Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the customer journey from project kick-off through launch, adoption, and ongoing value realization to ensure customers achieve meaningful outcomes.
  • •Build trusted relationships across enterprise organizations, engaging stakeholders from engineers and data/product teams to ecommerce and technology executives.
  • •Translate technical concepts, product capabilities, and performance data into clear business value tied to outcomes like conversion, revenue, and customer experience.
  • •Plan and lead effective QBRs and EBRs that go beyond reporting by communicating impact, facilitating strategy, and aligning priorities.
  • •Identify risks and blockers early, lead escalations with urgency, maintain success plans and documentation, and advocate for customer needs with sound judgment on engineering involvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Based in EMEA, ideally in the Nordics, particularly Finland, Sweden, or Denmark; Nordic language fluency is an advantage.
  • •At least three years of experience managing relationships with enterprise customers in Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or a similar role.
  • •Experience working with complex enterprise organizations and building trusted relationships with technical teams, product leaders, and executives.
  • •Strong executive presence to lead strategic customer conversations, including QBRs and EBRs.
  • •Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills, with problem-solving ability and fast learning in a technically sophisticated environment.
