Key Responsibilities

•Provide expert technical guidance to customers and sales peers, understand client challenges, and propose tailored solutions.
•Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and workshops, tailoring them to address specific client challenges.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales with customer engagements, technical scoping, and proposal development.
•Cultivate relationships with key client stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor through thought leadership.
•Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, and enhance field team understanding of technical concepts and selling strategies.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of proven experience in pre-sales, sales/customer engineering, or solution architecture supporting technical products.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
•Conceptual understanding of networking and connectivity fundamentals, including IP addressing, firewalls, SD-WAN, and satellite/cellular systems (e.g., Starlink, LTE/5G).
•Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization or containerization technologies in modern enterprise infrastructure.
•Proficiency in at least one core technical domain such as AI/ML infrastructure, connected devices, or data center systems; excellent communication and presentation skills.
