Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED) and 1+ years of related experience in industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing maintenance, or 4 years’ direct experience.
  • •Have or be able to attain RETA certification.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge in three or more areas including ammonia refrigeration, engine & boiler systems, electricity & motor controls, controls & instrumentation, PLC/software & hardware, pneumatics & hydraulics, or mechanical systems.
  • •Troubleshooting abilities with the ability to work independently and perform predictive maintenance and maintenance planning.
  • •Basic computer skills and willingness to work all shifts, extended hours, and weekends.
