Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in person and over the phone to identify financial wellness needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • •Open consumer and small business accounts and support a range of deposit and lending products.
  • •Consistently attain individual activity and behavior/outcome goals to drive client acquisition and relationship growth.
  • •Partner with branch team and line-of-business partners, managing centers of influence to deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations, including teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum 1 year experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
