Key Responsibilities

  • •Obtain suitable Sika admixtures approved with customers such as ready-mix concrete producers, contractors, and precast producers.
  • •Recommend modifications to concrete mix design (or, as a last option, admixture formulation) when standard admixtures do not meet requirements.
  • •Perform product approval for new and existing customers and support sales growth.
  • •Conduct and manage laboratory testing for concrete, aggregates, and cement, including recording, analyzing, certifying, and summarizing results.
  • •Provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot causes of customer complaints, including product demonstrations, testing, and support for sales trials.
