Job Summary

Design, implement, and manage data systems for Edenred’s global Azure Data Platform, including data collection, transformation, security, and distribution. Build data products and dashboards/reporting in Power BI (and/or Tableau) to enable self-service insights across the organization. Translate user stories and acceptance criteria into analytics tasks, support Agile sprints with validation, and take ownership of production changes, testing, and data quality.

•Collect and organize data in an efficient, compliant and secured way (e.g., pricing analytics and client/merchant segmentation).
•Perform business analysis and data modeling to understand, document, and analyze business procedures across departments.
•Develop reports and dashboards in Power BI (or other visualization tools) to support business review and self-service reporting.
•Define and manage requirements by working with key users, Product Owners, Product Managers and business sponsors on user stories and acceptance criteria.
•Support development and production operations by participating in sprints, validating with end users, and testing business processes and applications as part of production changes.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of experience in business analysis and/or business process management, ideally in financial services or consultancy.
•Fluency in French and/or Dutch and English.
•Proficiency in Power BI (and/or Tableau) including DAX and SQL.
•Comfort with statistical data analysis, including dashboard analysis, data exploration methods, hypothesis testing, and data quality assessment.
•Basic understanding of data security and legislation (GDPR) and data collection/management, including data modeling and extracting relevant data from large volumes.
