Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of funds and delivering a high-quality client experience. Cross-train to support sales and service, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), help with new account openings and problem resolution, and follow internal controls, risk management, and retail leadership routines.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide an engaging client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions accurately and courteously.
•Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
•Support sales activities through outbound calls, checking offers, identifying needs, and referring clients to appropriate team members.
•Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver solutions based on clients’ needs.
•Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution while adhering to internal controls and risk management policies.

Key Requirements
