Personal Banker Associate I - Stratford

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker I in a Financial Center, using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify and meet customer and prospect financial needs. Build customer profiles, maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products, and use marketing tools (including CAMP) to proactively reach out and schedule financial reviews. Cross-sell, support outside sales/community events, partner with business teams, and help drive customer experience and Financial Center revenue goals.
