Key Responsibilities

•Use our tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues across multiple makes and models
•Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and maintain OSHA awareness (preferred)
•Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner daily
•Travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of rental or customer owned equipment when required
•Assist in the training of lower level technicians as needed

Key Requirements

•High School diploma or trade school certificate preferred; experience in field service, maintenance and repair is preferred

•Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
