Job Summary

Own high-touch talent acquisition for hourly and salary hiring across ATI manufacturing facilities within the Shared Services Talent Acquisition team. Drive sourcing strategy execution, phone screens, talent-pipeline building, and consistent candidate assessment through the ATS (ADP RM). Partner with hiring managers on competency-based interviews, provide recruitment updates and feedback, and support diversity outreach, campus recruiting, and special projects while meeting performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure a positive, high-touch candidate experience and consistently brand ATI in the marketplace.
•Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including direct search, job boards, social media, and community/association outreach.
•Conduct phone screens to build a strong candidate pool and support quality of hire.
•Manage candidate applications and disposition in the ATS (ADP RM) and drive adherence to a fair, consistent interview/selection process.
•Partner with hiring teams to create competency-based interview guides and assessment formats, and provide recruitment updates and feedback; participate in talent special projects and campus recruiting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree.
•At least three years of full life-cycle corporate recruiting experience for exempt engineering, technical, and high-volume production/manufacturing roles.
•In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, at least seven years of full life-cycle recruiting experience for engineering, technical and high-volume production/manufacturing roles.
•Experience using an ATS system such as ADP RM in a process-driven, data-driven environment.
•Experience with Excel, data, reporting, and analytics.
