Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate reward and benefits activity, including salary changes, promotions, bonus payments, and employee lifecycle administration.
  • •Act as a key contact for pension, payroll, benefits, and mobility providers, ensuring queries are resolved and services are delivered effectively.
  • •Maintain employee records and people data across HR and payroll systems, ensuring information remains accurate, compliant, and up to date.
  • •Produce headcount, reward, and people-related reporting while supporting global mobility processes and employee moves.
  • •Support employee movements across the wider Airbus network by coordinating administrative and system processes for international collaboration.

Key Requirements
