Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end cost management on commissions, including planning, tendering, procurement and contract administration.
  • •Coach junior staff and supervise cost management activities across projects to ensure timely and accurate cost control.
  • •Advise clients on feasibility studies, procurement options, and value engineering to optimise project outcomes.
  • •Prepare and present final cost plans and post-contract cost reports, and manage variations and final accounts.
  • •Collaborate with the client, Project Manager and other consultants, and lead the cost management team when appropriate, using digital tools to drive efficiency and accuracy.
