Job Summary

Lead and enhance the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for the Supply Chain Technology & Optimization team. Own end-to-end WMS continuous enhancement and end-user process innovation, including requirements, bug tracking, backlog management, and roadmap prioritization. Serve as the WMS subject matter expert and inventory management systems point of contact, partnering with IT/Corp Tech and supply chain business systems to drive implementation and adoption on the warehouse floor.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the WMS subject matter expert and Supply Chain Inventory Management Systems point of contact.
•Drive WMS implementation and continuous enhancement, owning requirements, bug tracking, backlog, and enhancement prioritization.
•Develop and communicate strategic plans for WMS implementation and ongoing improvements.
•Liaise with IT/Corp Tech to execute the enhancement roadmap and optimize warehouse operations across Supply Chain and Inventory teams.
•Partner with the Supply Chain Business Systems team and support warehouse-floor adoption through documentation, training, and user support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, supply chain management, or a related field.
•4+ years running Business Systems implementations and/or continuous enhancement cycles with IT/Corp Tech teams.
•3+ years working within and/or supporting Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and/or Warehouse/Inventory teams.
•4+ years owning and driving complex programs or projects.
•Ability to relocate to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA if not already local.
