Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the WMS subject matter expert and Supply Chain Inventory Management Systems point of contact.
  • •Drive WMS implementation and continuous enhancement, owning requirements, bug tracking, backlog, and enhancement prioritization.
  • •Develop and communicate strategic plans for WMS implementation and ongoing improvements.
  • •Liaise with IT/Corp Tech to execute the enhancement roadmap and optimize warehouse operations across Supply Chain and Inventory teams.
  • •Partner with the Supply Chain Business Systems team and support warehouse-floor adoption through documentation, training, and user support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • •4+ years running Business Systems implementations and/or continuous enhancement cycles with IT/Corp Tech teams.
  • •3+ years working within and/or supporting Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and/or Warehouse/Inventory teams.
  • •4+ years owning and driving complex programs or projects.
  • •Ability to relocate to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA if not already local.
