Provide end-to-end product counsel for AI and cloud products, advising product, engineering, and go-to-market teams from concept through global launch and post-release. Assess and mitigate legal risks across privacy, regulatory compliance, licensing, intellectual property, open-source, export control, customer data, security, and responsible AI. Draft and negotiate complex commercial and data protection agreements and help lead incident response and regulatory investigations, while building scalable legal playbooks and workflows.
