Key Responsibilities

  • •Own worker experience from recruiting through placement, providing timely updates and support.
  • •Build community and partner relationships to drive the local worker pipeline and brand presence.
  • •Oversee worker vetting and onboarding end-to-end, including drug testing and large group onboarding sessions.
  • •Manage the full worker funnel—sourcing, screening, scheduling, and converting applicants into placement-ready workers.
  • •Coordinate interviews and new start scheduling across customer sites, including PPE distribution and on-site support as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s preferred.
  • •1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments (e.g., staffing, warehouse, retail, food service, or on-site coordination).
  • •Strong recruiting instincts to source, screen, and convert candidates.
  • •Ability to run large group onboarding sessions and present in front of workers.
  • •Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and professional demeanor.
