Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead power and thermal controller productization from pre-silicon planning through bring-up, tuning, validation, and production.
  • •Collaborate with architecture, design, firmware, and software teams to define requirements, identify improvements, and translate new capabilities into production-ready solutions.
  • •Characterize and tune controller behavior across workloads, operating conditions, silicon variation, and product power/thermal limits.
  • •Correlate silicon behavior with pre-silicon expectations and resolve complex hardware-software issues to identify root causes and bring issues to resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors/Master in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related area, or equivalent experience.
  • •Over 5+ years in silicon power/performance, post-silicon bring-up, power/thermal controller characterization, productization, or related hardware field.
  • •Solid understanding of silicon power, performance, and thermal characteristics, including voltage/frequency relationships, workloads, operating conditions, and system constraints.
  • •Hands-on experience with silicon bring-up, characterization, validation, and system-level hardware debugging.
  • •Ability to analyze hardware/firmware/software/power delivery/thermal interactions and resolve issues to root cause.
