Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a STEM degree and at least 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
  • •2+ years of experience designing and/or manufacturing wire harnessing for military, aerospace, or commercial applications.
  • •3+ years (preferred) designing and manufacturing flex, rigid flex, round wire, RF, and/or fiber optic harnessing for military and aerospace applications.
  • •Demonstrated expertise with Creo Parametric (MCAD) software and Windchill (PLM).
  • •Demonstrated experience with industry specifications such as IPC/WHMA-A-620, SAE AS22759, J-STD-001 (MIL-PRF-31032), IPC-6013, IPC-2221, or IPC-2223.
