  • •Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes to drive efficient store operations.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues and partner with the General Manager on escalations.
  • •Champion visual standards and use business performance data to drive sales floor execution and sell-through.
  • •Coordinate labor hours, receive product deliveries accurately, and support efficient inventory management.
  • •Lead the Operations and Visual team through accountability, coaching, development, and KPI/results-driven communication; build schedules aligned to business needs.
