Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the hiring, training, supervision, and oversight of Chicago Counseling staff, including documentation quality control and compliance
  • •Monitor referral assignments and caseload of Chicago Counseling staff
  • •Oversee referrals and coordination of care to external partners for specialized care
  • •Manage planning and implementation of therapeutic services
  • •Oversee office management in partnership with the operations team and ensure space is maintained

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree and full licensure required (or full licensure eligible within 3 months of hire)
  • •Excellent interpersonal and relational skills
  • •Demonstrated ability to work sensitively and effectively in a cross-cultural setting
  • •Demonstrated abilities in program management including future planning
  • •Fully licensed or Fully licensed eligible for LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD
