Job Summary

Operate and monitor production or packing lines at the Longford site, ensuring output, quality, and performance meet targets. Maintain compliance with batch documentation and cGMP standards, follow and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and report variances to the Supervisor. Keep production areas clean and safe, support Lean programs focused on line efficiency and waste reduction, and be available for the planned two-shift rotation plus an optional dedicated night shift.

Key Responsibilities

•Support day-to-day operation, output, quality, and performance of the production or packing line.
•Operate and monitor production activities, equipment uptime, and target outputs while ensuring batch documentation and cGMP standards are met.
•Review and implement SOPs and report variances or deviations to the Supervisor.
•Maintain clean and orderly production/packing areas in line with safety procedures.
•Participate in Lean programs focused on line efficiency, waste reduction, and housekeeping duties.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 28,696 - 35,582 annually

•Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
•Good written and oral communication skills.
•Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and demonstrated reliability.
•Ability to work individually or in a team environment.
•Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, food, or GMP) is highly desirable.
