Key Responsibilities

  • •Move freight, stock, or materials between storage, production areas, loading docks, and delivery vehicles using manual methods or equipment.
  • •Read work orders or follow oral instructions to determine work assignments and material or equipment needs.
  • •Perform physical work including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and stooping while supporting distribution operations.
  • •Cross-train and perform additional distribution center duties such as receiving, repack, order filling, loading, housekeeping, palletization, pallet picks, put-aways, shuttles, and special handling.
  • •Handle shipping of small package orders via carriers such as UPS and FedEx and support overall distribution center operations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required; ability to follow written and verbal instructions and use math skills.

  • •Broad knowledge of distribution center methods, procedures, layout, and product handling by catalog number.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team and meet daily productivity and quality standards.
  • •Physical ability to repeatedly lift at least 50 lbs. and maintain a clean, safe work area.
