Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute business audits, lead and coach audit teams, and run audit kick-off and closing discussions with auditees and senior management.
  • •Prepare closing meeting presentations and final audit reports, including incorporating management feedback.
  • •Coordinate regional audits with local audit teams, aggregate results into regional reports, and provide technical audit advice.
  • •Drive regional harmonisation initiatives by obtaining buy-in from local heads of audit and documenting regional policies and procedures.
  • •Manage relationships with multiple entities, assist with regional risk assessment, and perform QA reviews of local audit teams while monitoring OE development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline such as Accounting, Finance, or Management.
  • •7–10 years of internal/external audit experience, preferably in the financial institution sector.
  • •Technically strong ability to independently lead and perform audits across multiple audit areas.
  • •Strong ethical characteristics and trust as a partner to the business.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data analytics and TeamMate+ is advantageous.
