Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead a manufacturing engineering team; coach and develop talent while fostering safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • •Lead industrialization and NPI efforts, including transfer projects (STP), and execute using the ProLaunch framework.
  • •Develop robust, scalable, and cost-effective manufacturing processes and partner with Engineering and Operations to deliver successful product launches.
  • •Drive operational excellence via continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost, including root-cause problem solving.
  • •Own manufacturing data governance (BOMs, routings, SOPs, and work instructions) and lead manufacturing technology, automation, digitalisation, and capital project activities.

Key Requirements
