Key Responsibilities

•Support programme implementation: Work with the Department of School Education, Telangana, and the state nodal officer to help implement the Khan Academy learning platform across government schools in Telangana.
•Manage relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with administration officials including nodal officers, state resource persons, district-level officers, and school stakeholders.
•Gather data-backed insights: Assist the program and partners to make decisions based on data-backed insights.
•Regular field visits (3-4/week) and touchpoints with officers and teachers to generate insights for increasing adoption and usage.
•Collaborate with Khan Academy India to ensure timely and successful delivery of programs and services.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience in education or government-school settings
•Fluent in English and Telugu (reading, speaking and writing)
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document information in English and Telugu
•Ability to work with data, identify trends, and draw evidence-based conclusions
