Job Summary

Lead Cyber PMO in a hybrid setup in Bilbao, coordinating the 2027–2030 cybersecurity roadmap. Define functional and technical scope for new initiatives with client teams, prepare SOW and technical documentation, and support RFI/RFP processes. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Cybersecurity Technical Office (Cyber PMO).
•Coordinate the 2027–2030 cybersecurity initiatives roadmap and identify improvement opportunities.
•Define functional and technical scope for new initiatives with client teams.
•Prepare SOW and technical documentation, and support contracting processes (RFI/RFP).
•Manage planning, budget, risks, dependencies, and changes; run follow-up and executive committees; ensure delivery against scope, quality, and timelines with KPI and executive reporting.

Key Requirements

•Senior PMO experience leading cybersecurity projects, with functional experience across multiple areas such as cybersecurity governance, risk management, OT Security, IAM, PAM, vulnerability management, Zero Trust, cloud security, SOC/threat detection, business continuity, and data protection.
•Experience defining functional and technical scope for new cybersecurity initiatives with client teams.
•Ability to prepare SOW and technical documentation and support RFI/RFP contracting processes.
•Proficiency in managing cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, IEC 62443, and NIS2.
•English proficiency at C1 level (oral and written).
