Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise customers on the technical health of Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Cloud, and Enterprise Security to support adoption and long-term value.
  • •Deliver onboarding guidance, enablement planning, and customer workshops to improve platform capability and usage.
  • •Monitor customer environment health (cases, outages, critical issues, ongoing projects) and conduct diagnostic health checks.
  • •Partner with internal teams to manage escalations, recommend upgrades, optimize workloads, and inform customers about product changes and maintenance.
  • •Participate in sales QBRs to review service levels, usage metrics, and environment performance.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in technical support, technical account management, professional services, systems administration, or systems engineering.
  • •3+ years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing role.
  • •Working knowledge of the Splunk Core Platform.
  • •Experience with customer escalations, account management, and project coordination.
  • •Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
