•Oversee all facets of multi-disciplinary residential construction projects on-site, from foundation to finish, with a focus on quality and innovation
•Champion the full project lifecycle for residential builds, prioritizing customer satisfaction, sustainability, and operational readiness
•Solicit and evaluate proposals from architects, engineers, and residential contractors; award contracts to drive value and speed
•Draft, negotiate, and manage comprehensive construction contracts specializing in residential disciplines
•Develop detailed project controls, including scheduling, budgeting, and cost management for residential developments

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering.
•3+ years of hands-on professional experience in residential architecture, engineering, construction management, or facilities development.

•Willingness to extended hours, weekends, and occasional travel to support residential builds.
