Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute HR measures for a defined employee/support area at the Manching site, including workforce planning, hiring, transfers, training and development, and succession planning under applicable regulations.
  • •Conduct employee and manager meetings such as contact meetings, transfer meetings, development discussions, absence discussions, and meetings related to potential disciplinary actions.
  • •Advise managers on leadership topics.
  • •Support implementation of organizational changes related to people matters.
  • •Trigger and implement job/work position evaluations while observing tariff and company rules, and inform business areas about HR policy topics and processes, including representation with works council and employees.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in personnel management or comparable studies with a focus on personnel/management, or comparable training.
  • •Relevant professional experience, mainly in an operational HR environment.
  • •Knowledge of individual and collective labor law and collective bargaining agreements in the metal industry.
  • •Strong communication skills and integrity, with a high sense of responsibility.
  • •Fluent German and English.
