  • •Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints to achieve delivery outcomes.
  • •Facilitate collaboration across business, product, operations, and technology teams to keep requirements, priorities, and delivery plans aligned.
  • •Support governance activities, status reporting, and stakeholder communications with transparency on progress, risks, decisions, and milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years delivering complex programs or large-scale transformation in capital markets or other highly regulated environments.
  • •Experience managing multiple workstreams, stakeholder groups, dependencies, and delivery teams within large programs.
