Job Summary

Oversee a dynamic, multi-shift production environment, coordinating and leading Production Supervisors to meet daily targets and deliver high-quality products on schedule. Monitor yields, efficiencies, profitability, staffing, and production schedules, while guiding supervisors on plant and company policies. Drive safety and ergonomics programs, ensure sanitation and compliance with USDA and company standards, and lead training and continuous improvement initiatives to boost plant performance.

•Coordinate and oversee a multi-shift production environment to meet daily targets and expectations.
•Monitor daily and weekly yields, efficiencies, and profitability, and take corrective action as needed.
•Develop and implement safety and ergonomics programs, training employees on safe work practices and addressing hazards.
•Uphold sanitation, product quality, and customer service standards to ensure compliance with USDA and company regulations.
•Train supervisors and employees on company policies and procedures, driving continuous improvement initiatives and providing on-floor guidance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 3+ years’ relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Experience acting as a lead by training, coaching, or mentoring less experienced staff, or managing a process or project.
•Experience using computer applications including time-keeping systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office to streamline processes.
•Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including optimizing yields and plant efficiencies.
•Open to travel up to 10% of the time.
