Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise application projects, from initiation and requirements gathering through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • •Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, dependencies), including mitigation and escalation plans.
  • •Provide steering committee updates, governance reporting, and executive communications aligned with organizational architecture, compliance, and operational requirements.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and operational workstreams to minimize business disruption.
  • •Lead change management and user adoption activities, and coordinate with vendors/system integrators/consultants to monitor deliverables, SOWs, change requests, and contractual compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10+ years managing application deployment projects.
  • •Experience deploying enterprise applications in large organizations, preferably for HR, Finance, or industrial safety systems.
  • •Proven ability to work with both technical and functional resources.
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • •Proficiency with project tools such as MS Project and Azure DevOps, with PMP certification or equivalent experience.
