Job Summary

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise application implementations for core functions such as HR, Finance, H&S, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Operations. Own project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and stakeholder communications while maintaining RAID logs and governance reporting. Drive end-to-end lifecycle activities from initiation through deployment and post-go-live stabilization, coordinating dependencies across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and operations. Support change management and vendor/partner delivery with contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise application projects, from initiation and requirements gathering through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
•Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, dependencies), including mitigation and escalation plans.
•Provide steering committee updates, governance reporting, and executive communications aligned with organizational architecture, compliance, and operational requirements.
•Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and operational workstreams to minimize business disruption.
•Lead change management and user adoption activities, and coordinate with vendors/system integrators/consultants to monitor deliverables, SOWs, change requests, and contractual compliance.

Key Requirements

•5–10+ years managing application deployment projects.
•Experience deploying enterprise applications in large organizations, preferably for HR, Finance, or industrial safety systems.
•Proven ability to work with both technical and functional resources.
•Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
•Proficiency with project tools such as MS Project and Azure DevOps, with PMP certification or equivalent experience.
